Port to Windows

This tool might also be useful for labs running that other operating system.

Porting this to Windows requires at least the following steps:

• Enable conditional compiling in:
  • CMakeLists.txt
  • Platform module
• Add a new RemovableDevice subclass for Windows and implement it
  • Implement abstract methods
  • Implement static functions, as seen in RemovableDeviceUdisks2
• Add and implement new DeviceUsage subclass(es) for Windows
• Ensure windows-specific code is called in the Platform module
